In the role, you will report directly to the Director of Account Based Marketing, building out our partner account based marketing program for named GSI’s. You are a bit of a maniac, passionate about ABM and its ability to create relationships that turn into revenue. You are versatile with a strong distaste for stagnance. You have a proven track record of building marketing programs from the ground up and have supported high-growth sales orgs in a B2B SaaS environment. You are highly organized, not afraid to advocate in a room of leaders, and live in the details. You wear many hats from planning events, building messaging frameworks, to enabling sales with a GTM strategy that opens pipeline.  

How You Will Make a Difference 

  • Own the strategy, development, and execution of 1:1 account based marketing plans to acquire and activate global system integrator partners that translate to net new opportunity generation.
  • Develop ABM strategies and GTM engagements to drive the growth, awareness, and adoption of Klaviyo solutions via our SI partner ecosystem
  • Plan and execute end-to-end, integrated partner campaigns in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams
  • Manage third party research firms in the build out of partner personas and messaging
  • Oversee the development of jointly produced digital content, including web assets, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, etc to leverage in your 1:1 plans
  • Act as a liaison between SI partners and internal teams, including Sales, Field Marketing, Partner Managers, Events, Product, and other partners (Platform, Tech/ISV, etc.)
  • Plan and manage in-person and virtual events as part of the 1:1 named partner strategy including promotional materials and on-site support
  • Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches
  • Manage ABM partner budget

Who You Are 

  • 8+ years of B2B performance marketing experience
  • 4+ years of ABM experience
  • Experience with developer and partner marketing a plus
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in creating internal enablement and external marketing content
  • Solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include content, events, webinars, digital and social.
  • You are familiar with Wordpress and can build out basic landing pages.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools for drip campaigns & scoring.
  • Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
  • Competent in Salesforce, 6sense, Reachdesk, and other marketing automation tools
  • You’re a builder, self-starter and enjoy working through ambiguity
  • ITSMA certification a plus
