We’re creating a new role within product marketing to lead our efforts to grow our Enterprise segment. This person will work across the organization to accelerate revenue and improve retention for our Enterprise business.  This is a growing and high impact segment within Klaviyo. This role will be part of the Core team within Product Marketing.

About the Core PMM team:

The Core Product Marketing team is responsible for driving the marketing strategy for our SMB, MM, and Enterprise market segments, and accelerating the go-to-market success of those segments across the company. 

Success for this team looks like the following for MM and Enterprise segments, though the prioritization of these outcomes will vary over time: 

  • Top of funnel:
    • Increasing sales-enabled opportunities 
    • Increasing self-serve signups 
  • Middle of the funnel: 
    • Improving sales-enabled win rates on new business (email and omnichannel)
    • Improving free to paid conversion for self-serve on new business (email and omnichannel)
  • Bottom of the funnel:
    • Increasing net retention
    • Increasing product adoption 

About the role: 

As Lead Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue and retention for the Enterprise segment. 

This includes:

  • Tracking the success of the Enterprise business across all stages of go to market, from research to securing the customer experience, and communicating on key areas of opportunity to key stakeholders
  • Creating and driving the PMM strategy for the Enterprise business
  • Developing deep expertise in Enterprise strategy, insights, and execution as well as understanding Klaviyo’s product and key differentiators and the Enterprise buying/researching process
  • Mentor other PMM’s with the potential to become a manager
  • Serving as an Enterprise thought leader within and outside of Klaviyo, including advising senior leadership on topics like competitive differentiation
  • Working with the Product team on Enterprise specific features and planning and executing Enterprise specific product launches
  • Be the “go to” expert on both the customer journey/needs and the product roadmap for this segment
  • Partnering with GTM teams, including sales, CS, and partners, to optimize the sales funnel and promote customer retention
  • Collaborating with marketing channel owners to create Enterprise appropriate content across web, paid, lifecycle, and content

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of product or segment marketing with significant experience working with sales and account based marketing teams
  • 5+ years selling to Enterprise clients
  • 5+ years working in a software company
  • A passion for customers and the curiosity to go deep into a tech product
  • Experience in competitive intelligence research
  • A passionate and effective storyteller

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the eCommerce, marketing software and/or data technology space
  • Experience in sales
  • 2+ years management experience
