At Klaviyo, we empower businesses with innovative marketing solutions. As a Manager of Growth Agencies in EMEA, you and your team will be responsible for educating, enabling, and driving growth within a large group of partners, through impactful, one-to-many programmes.
Agency partners are an extension of Klaviyo and the partner programme exists to provide the tools, training and support to make partners, and their clients successful. We are looking for someone to manage the team whose mission is to educate, enable and drive growth across over 4000 agencies, system integrators, consultants and freelancers. Identifying opportunities, consistency and scale are critical to continued to success
How You'll Make an Impact
- Oversee the Klaviyo Growth Partner Program in EMEA
- Help foster a learning and ownership culture in your team of 4-5. Recruit, interview, hire, and train additional new team members
- Serve as a coach and a leader, helping to develop the skills of your team so they are able to achieve their career goals.
- Own new revenue number through partner sourced opportunities. Report out on your progress using data and anecdotal feedback
- Use data and anecdotal insights to implement new strategies that unlock continued partner learning, success and growth
- Work alongside the sales, marketing, customer success and enablement teams to deliver a partner/customer first experience at scale
- Be a leader in the team and company, with an attitude that inspires others to do their best work.
Passion for people management and leadership, 2+ years experience preferred but not required Operationally focused with experience project managing cross functional projects to drive key outcomes A Culture Curator with a passion to build a strong team environment build around inclusivity, collaboration and learning A track record working creatively problem-solving and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to create an exceptional customer and partner experience. Highly data-driven and self-motivated, eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment. Passionate about creative problem solving for customers, partners and internal teams. Experience in marketing or advising customers on marketing strategy. SaaS MarTech experience is a plus. Handling escalation issues and building trust with team members and customers. Ideally experience leveraging tooling like Salesforce and Tableau to manage the operations of your team.
Travel: up to 25% to meet and develop relationships with our agency partners and attend events
Collaborative : Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to introduce and educate agency partners on new enhancements to Klaviyo's platform.
Influential : Highly adept at influencing and building relationships at all levels of seniority, navigating within complex organisational structures.
Multi-tasker : Proven experience operating in a high-volume and high-velocity environment
Visionary : Bring creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Klaviyo's values, culture, and vision for the future.
Work Authorisation: Full authorisation to work in the UK without any restrictions.
Language Skills : Business-fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional proficiency in French and/or German is a bonus.
