The partner sales operations team is critical to the overall performance of Klaviyo’s sales and partnerships teams and you will play an important role in ensuring our continued success. You represent a blend of strategic thinking and operational execution, with attention to detail, an interest in being a knowledge resource, implements and enforces best practice, and thrives with complex analysis.

Our sales team is growing rapidly and you will be a sales business unit’s go-to resource for everything operational. You will partner closely with senior sales leadership and play a key role in building the systems to support an exponentially growing sales team. The person who would best fit this role is highly collaborative, organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This hire will report to the Manager, Partner Sales Operations. 

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Build and maintain strong relationship by partnering closely with senior partner leadership to identify, develop and drive impactful projects that accelerate sales growth and improve sales processes and operations effectiveness on a global scale
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Systems to align partner strategies with overall company objectives. Be the bridge between teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Analyze historical data to provide sales insights regarding performance, seasonality, high level trends, etc.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting for the partner sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectory 
  • Act as a resource and liaison to ensure sales reporting and analytics are aligned to the broader organization
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within partner operations. Streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and continuously seek ways to optimize operations.
  • Complete operational tasks and projects to assist the sales team in meeting their revenue goals 

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience in Partner Sales Operations and/or an analytics role
  • Adept in Salesforce, Google Suite and Excel. Tableau or other BI tool experience preferred
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data driven approach to problem solving, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and high quality results
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with strong communication skills
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and lead initiatives that make a significant impact
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests
  • Experienced in gathering requirements and maintaining/prioritizing a systems backlog 
  • Passion for identifying and implementing efficiencies and process improvements
  • Have an eye for detail, are professional, proactive, and a motivated self-starter
  • Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
  • BA/BS Degree
