You’ll be part of the Curriculum Development team and report to Klaviyo’s Manager of Curriculum Development.

You’ll manage the content strategy of Klaviyo Partner Academy site, analyze partner data, and ensure that the team is on track in meeting their content goals and deadlines. You’ll create strategic content across a variety of different formats, but primarily written and video content. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow members of the Curriculum Development team, Partner Enablement, Partner Success, and Partner Marketing teams to create engaging, educational resources that align with learning outcomes, solve partner problems, and support team metrics.

How You'll Make a Difference as a Principal Partner Education Specialist:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content plan. You’ll set the vision and plan for content production on the Curriculum Development team. • Create engaging content. You’ll create engaging courses, certificates, and just-in-time resources that help our partners more effectively grow their clients’ businesses through owned marketing channels. You will evaluate data to determine engagement and success metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Make data-driven decisions. You’ll review the performance of our partner content—what’s resonating, what’s under-performing, what’s driving growth—and you’ll use that data to help make decisions about what content we create and how we prioritize our projects.
  • Identify opportunities. You’ll understand Klaviyo’s partners, their challenges and needs, and you’ll regularly contribute ideas for high-quality content. You’ll also survey and interview partners to ensure our content strategy aligns with their needs.
