We’re creating a new role to help drive awareness, interest, and adoption of new products and features among existing Klaviyo customers. This person will work closely with the marketing, partner, sales, customer education, and CS organizations to build, execute, measure, and optimize our launch and cross-sell programs.

This role will be part of the Emerging Products and Cross-Sell team within Product Marketing.

Sample projects:

  • Building a strategy for introducing additional products to Klaviyo customers based on their preferences and behaviors via lifecycle nurtures
  • Running a cross-sell webinar program to generate sales opportunities from within our existing customer base
  • Working with product teams to drive and measure adoption
  • Reimagine our quarterly product launch event (or something like it) to create buzz and reach the bulk of Klaviyo customers 
  • Run monthly launch moments

  • Product marketing subject matter experts for SMS, Reviews, Push, and CDP
  • Lifecycle marketing
  • Customer growth sales team
  • Content and social team
  • Internal communications team
  • Customer success and customer education teams
  • Product management

Impact of the role

The success of this role will be measured by our ability to:

  • Reach revenue goals for new and emerging products among existing Klaviyo customers
  • Set and reach adoption goals for new features
  • Impact brand goals around the attribute “Is constantly innovating and releasing new features.” 

Required experience:

  • 2+ years of product and/or customer marketing with significant experience in demand generation and/or product launches
  • 2+ years working in a software
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Technically proficient and able to identify process improvements to ensure successful execution and measurement
  • Strong marketing knowledge, including marketing software
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to execute on initiatives
