About the team
Our Sydney-based team began to take shape in early 2022 and now comprises go-to-market (GTM) teams in sales, customer success, partnerships, marketing, product support, and people. The GTM Operations team supports the GTM teams globally in terms of analysis and decision making. We manage the systems, processes and data upon which the teams rely to continue growing the business. We help GTM leaders make decisions by supplying the relevant insights and recommendations to help them plan and run the business.
About the role
The GTM Operations team in APAC is critical to the overall performance of Klaviyo in the region and you will play an important role in ensuring the success of our sales teams. This role is a unique opportunity to join us at an early stage and to help shape the future of the team and the regional business.
You are a multi-tasker, with attention to detail, who has an interest in being a knowledge resource, follows and enforces best practice, and is comfortable performing data analysis to make commercially-minded recommendations. You will partner closely with functional leadership to play a key role in supporting the local sales teams as Klaviyo grows in APAC. The person who would best fit this role is highly collaborative, organised, and can thrive on change. This role will report to the GTM Operations & Strategy Manager in APAC.
How you’ll make an impact
- Develop key performance insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams
- Deliver accurate analysis, reports and ad-hoc requests to sales leadership that support delivery of a productive sales cycle and forecasting process
- Build, generate and analyse data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other BI systems to identify key changes and trends when measuring performance to plan
- Act as a resource to ensure sales reporting and analytics are aligned to the broader organisation
- Enforce Salesforce data hygiene and CRM best practices within the GTM teams
- Complete ad hoc operational projects to assist the teams in meeting revenue goals
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of Sales Operations experience
- Motivated and inspired by exceeding goals and winning as a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Confidence in building remote relationships in a global matrix structure
- Some experience with advanced analysis and making commercially-minded recommendations
- Constantly thinking of ways to create efficiencies and add value
- Proficient in SQL, Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets
