About the role: 

We’re looking for a Senior Partner Manager focusing on the French market . Your primary role involves nurturing Klaviyo's existing network of System Integrators and agency partners in France. You will be instrumental in enabling and propelling growth across your portfolio, leveraging these partnerships to achieve mutual success.

You will leverage strong consultative skills to understand your partners’ business model and growth strategy so that you can identify ways Klaviyo can help your partners grow.

Ideal candidates will also possess a proven track record in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing new partnerships with large agencies and SI’s in France . This includes initiating relationships, enabling partners through training and support, and collaboratively generating a pipeline that benefits both Klaviyo and our partners.

Agency partners are an extension of Klaviyo and the partner programme exists to provide the tools, training and support to make partners, and their clients successful. You are responsible for articulating the value of Klaviyo’s platform, differentiating Klaviyo from other solutions, managing business development referrals (and co-selling opportunities) to/ from your partners, and coaching your partners on how to grow their business, including their profitability with Klaviyo. 

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Identify, recruit, and nurture new partnerships with large agencies and SI’s
  • Become a trusted business advisor to the 50-60 partner relationships you manage
  • Develop and forge long-lasting relationships with your partners to help them meet their growth objectives using Klaviyo
  • Build and manage a lead referral pipeline with your partner portfolio
  • Develop the ability to understand a partner’s business goals and help them achieve them
  • Become a product expert on Klaviyo and adept at presenting how our platform can help our partners customers
  • Be comfortable operating with revenue-focused goals
  • Develop the ability to understand a partner’s business goals and help them achieve them

Who you are

  • 6+ years of proven Partnerships/ Channel/ Account Management/ Commercial Customer Success experience gained within a SaaS (ideally at a similar MarTech and working with eCommerce focused agencies) 
  • Fluent English AND French language skills (written and verbal). 
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Product to introduce and educate agency partners on new enhancements to Klaviyo’s platform
  • Highly adept at influencing and relationship building at all levels of seniority and ability to navigate within complex org matrixes
  • Proven experience operating to high-volume and high-velocity and managing multiple accounts and relationships concurrently
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, achieve business OKRs, enhance unique culture, and vision for the future
  • Willing and able to travel across regularly (25% of your time will be spent on traveling to partners office, conferences, and industry events)

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation. This role is also eligible for competitive benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law

Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
£68,000—£102,000 GBP
