About the team:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Integrated Marketing to join our team and drive the growth of our SMB-focused marketing initiatives, including cross-selling into our existing install base. As the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing for SMB, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our integrated marketing strategy for SMB customers worldwide. You will be responsible for owning and leading end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, including strategy development, buyer persona targeting, messaging, and tactical execution. Your primary focus will be on achieving our large budget management goals and driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth targets within the SMB segment while also cross-selling additional products and services to our existing install base.
How you’ll make a difference:
- Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and own the integrated marketing strategy for SMBs, aligning it with our overall business objectives and ensuring it drives customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities within our install base.
- Global Campaigns for SMB segment: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaigns targeted at SMB customers. This includes defining campaign objectives, identifying key buyer personas, crafting compelling messages, and selecting effective marketing tactics to deliver growth at scale.
- Cross-Sell Initiatives: Collaborate closely with the sales and customer success teams to identify cross-selling opportunities within our existing install base, creating targeted marketing campaigns to maximize revenue growth.
- Budget Management: Manage a substantial marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI on all marketing investments while optimizing spend for maximum impact.
- ARR Growth: Work closely with sales, product, customer success, partners and finance teams to set and achieve ambitious ARR growth targets for the SMB segment, incorporating cross-selling revenue into the targets.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing integrated marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and analytics, to ensure alignment and synergy across departments. Also, manage a matrixed marketing organization.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in senior-level marketing roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Experience working with SMBs and a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Exceptional budget management skills and the ability to drive growth and ROI.
- At-scale experience, preferably in a global marketing context.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
