About the team:

As the Vice President of Integrated Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global marketing strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be a key member of our executive team, working cross-functionally, managing the marketing budget, and providing critical input into decision-making processes. This role will involve building a solid marketing foundational structure, creating guidelines for marketing teams to follow, and ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives.

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and own the integrated marketing strategy to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and regions.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the allocation and management of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization and ROI.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Act as a key advisor to the CMO, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to inform high-level marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Global Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute global go-to-market strategies for our products and solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team to achieve strategic objectives and drive results.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and market research to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning, and apply these insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest marketing technology trends and lead the integration of cutting-edge tools and platforms into our marketing efforts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Implement robust measurement and reporting processes to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a demonstrated track record of building integrated marketing plans and managing large scale budgets
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts to various audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Leadership experience in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams.
